Three steps, one chart
The reference chart turns two measurements into a lens code.
Measure K
Take flat and steep K. Mean K picks the chart row, from A (flattest) to ZE (steepest).
Mean K = (flat + steep) / 2Select from the chart
Spherical equivalent picks the column, rounded down. The row and column give the lens code.

Ortho-k lenses are worn overnight to temporarily reshape the cornea. Many patients see without glasses or daytime contact lenses; results vary, the effect is temporary, and ortho-k is not right for everyone. Only your eye care practitioner can decide if it suits you.
VIPOK patients are cared for by certified, trained practitioners. Every lens is individually shrink-wrapped; ask to see the original package before you take lenses home.
